Becker's Defence
[edit | edit source]The idea of Becker's Defence 3...h6 is to play 4...g5 without having to fear 5.h4, which would simply be answered with 5...Bg7.
We do not need to worry about 4.d4 as 4...g5 can secure the f4-g5-h6 pawn chain.
